Google Shopping help from a feed-first specialist

Most Shopping problems start in the feed and the structure, not the bids. We fix both: how products are grouped, which get budget, and what Google is actually told about them.

Problems we fix

Budget going to the wrong products

Best sellers starved while low-margin lines soak up spend.

One big campaign for everything

No way to bid differently on hero products, clearance or new lines.

Weak product titles

Titles that don't match how people search, so products never show.

PMax swallowing Shopping

Performance Max taking brand and remarketing traffic and calling it growth.

No margin or stock in the picture

Bidding on revenue when profit is what matters.

Disapprovals and limited products

Products quietly dropping out of auctions.

What the work involves

  • Shopping and Performance Max structure built around margin, stock and performance
  • Custom labels for best sellers, margin bands, seasonality and clearance
  • Title and attribute optimisation in the feed or via supplemental feeds
  • Search term and placement control for Shopping and PMax
  • Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) setup for potential click cost savings

How long it takes

A Shopping review fits in a £75 health check. A restructure typically takes 4 to 8 hours; ongoing Shopping management usually sits at 10 hours a month.

Everything is billed at the same £75 hourly rate, cheaper in blocks. No retainer, no contract, and you keep ownership of the account. See pricing.

Who you'll actually work with

Done by a specialist, not passed to a junior

You deal with the same senior specialist every time, whether that's a one-hour health check or ten hours a month of management. That's the point of working this way: the experience, without paying for the layers around it.

  • 15+ years in Google Ads, Merchant Center and analytics
  • Ecommerce, lead generation and white-label work for other agencies
  • Deep on the technical side: GA4, GTM, server-side tracking and feeds

Google Shopping questions

Should I use Standard Shopping or Performance Max?

It depends on catalogue size, data and how much control you need. Many accounts do best with both, split by product group. The audit will tell you which suits yours.

Can you work on the feed as well as the campaigns?

Yes. Feed work is often where the biggest gains are, through Merchant Center rules, supplemental feeds or changes at source.

What is a CSS and will it save money?

A Comparison Shopping Service lets Shopping ads in the UK and EU run through a provider other than Google Shopping, which can lower click costs. We're a CSS partner and can tell you whether it's worth it for your account.
